Classes

  • Vinyasa

Also known as “yoga flow” Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where we link breath and movement in a flowing sequence of poses. I follow the Yogasara kramic approach, offering options suitable for all abilities, with a focus on breath-led movement and a personal touch of playfulness and intuitive sequencing.

This class is suitable for all abilities, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. Everyone is welcome to join and experience the benefits of this practice.

Classes are currently on hold whilst I’m on maternity leave. Sign up to the newsletter below to receive updates!

  • Yoga & Sound

This is a collaboration between Sasha and myself. Sasha is a yoga teacher and sound therapist and together we offer 1h30 sessions incorporating gentle, mindful movement with immersive sound healing. The session typically begins with a short grounding practice—breathwork and slow stretches—to settle the body and mind, followed by a flowing yoga sequence and a final relaxation and sound bath. The vibrations may support deep relaxation, help release tension, and can shift mental states toward calm and clarity. Suitable for all levels; bring a mat, blanket and optional eye pillow for comfort.
