    Also known as “yoga flow” Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where we link breath and movement in a flowing sequence of poses. Lily follows the Yogasara kramic approach, offering options suitable for all abilities, with a focus on breath-led movement and a personal touch of playfulness and intuitive sequencing.

    This class is suitable for all abilities, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. Everyone is welcome to join and experience the benefits of this practice.

  • Beginners Yoga

    Coming soon in Bradford-on-Avon!
    This is a 6 week course designed for those who want to begin their yoga journey but are unsure where and how to start, for those who’ve taken a long break from practice or are recovering from injury.

    We will explore the roots and origins of yoga in an accessible way and learn the key postures to give you the confidence to attend walk-in classes and even start your own practice at home.

  • 1 to 1 Private Tuition

    I offer 1 to 1 private yoga tuition. These sessions are tailored to you as an individual and your needs and goals. Wherever that is to establish a home practice, gain strength and flexibility or work on some fun skills such as handstands and headstands, I can support you on your journey!
